I applied in-person. I interviewed at SIX Telekurs USA (London, England) in Mar 2011

Application through resume and cover letter got sent it. Got called in my phone for a 1-on-1 interview. Subsidiary lacks HR so I got interview directly from the hiring manager. After being interviewed by the hiring manager, another interview followed with the hirings manager's manager - also known as the MD. Both of the interview were face-to-face.

I would find the interview process not particular hard at all. Seems like the hiring manager came unprepared or just inexpedience. Given the individuals lengthy employment it must have been the first option.
