Phone screening then virtual interview with 1-4 managers. Phone screening is just a convo about the job and what your background is. Virtual interview is more of the same and a couple questions about how you handle situations

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a zoom interview with the hiring manager. After that it’s an onsite interview and tour of the lab. The onsite interview took about 2.5 hours and involved 4 back to back interviews. I received an offer the next day.
