I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SKDKnickerbocker
Interview
There was a phone interview, which was pretty standard—a chance to discuss my background, skills, and why I was interested in the role.
Video interviews: I met with different folks from various levels within the company. They were really keen on understanding not just what I knew about public affairs but also how I approached problem-solving and if I'd gel with their team and culture.
One thing that stood out was a case assignment following one of the interviews. It was challenging but exciting—kind of like a puzzle that tested my analytical skills and how I'd handle real-world scenarios.
Then they ghosted for weeks before sending a 2-line rejection. Not very professional.

Question 1
One of the standout questions they asked was about a specific public policy issue that was making headlines at the time. They wanted to know my take on it, but more importantly, they were interested in understanding how I approached analyzing complex issues and forming opinions.
15 minute phone interview. They asked me how I would manage and executive and my experience working in a office. The conversation seemed to go well but they did not invite me for a second interview.
