for the process, you apply, if you are selected they call you, then you have an interview by call, a few weeks laters you receive a mail if you where accepted or no.

Interview
Applied online, was asked to have a telephone interview which lasted for around 20 minutes where they asked me about my experience and why I took an interest in the position.
Was asked to attend an interview in the London office. Group interview where we had to show off our personality, answer questions we would be expected to answer in country and come up with lesson ideas.
