HR does the preliminary interview and it's usually a bunch of quick, easy personal questions that you've probably heard of a lot in the past, and it's conducted through phone call, or least it was during my time (back in 2022). Next phase is a series of online interviews with the department heads (in my case, the manager and assistant vice president) through Teams. This is usually a mix of personal and technical questions, but more of the latter. Biggest tip is to study the job description extensively and research on the processes you're not familiar with.
