SMC interview questions

First one was 30 minutes. I wasnt asked technical questions but I was asked about my prior work experience as it related to this job's responsibilities. It wasnt too difficult and I did come prepared by rehearsing how my experience connects to the job offering. After interviewing it did take a 2-3 weeks to receive the decision, and I was told each Friday that they would have an update on Monday, which did not happen. There are 2-3 interview stages.
