The interviews were held in a large open room, there were two interviewers and applicants who weren't being interviewed were in the room, their chairs facing away from the interviews.

I applied online and around a week later I received an email from SMS. It asked to meet online over Word meetings, so I met with one of the managers from pier 91 in seattle. It took only a few minutes and received the job.

They didn't ask for my resume. They asked if I had a criminal record. They also asked if I had experience assisting disabled people. And then I got the job.
