SMSCountry Networks interview questions

pathetic. seriously the interviewer was pathetic and the whole process how they conducted the interview was bad. they shortlisted my profile and called for interview. i came all the way from mumbai for the interview. Mr Jayant Kelkar was supposed to take the interview. I waited for half hour after which I went inside. Mr Jayant asked just two questions as in go through your profile and why you want to change. After which he said he has to leave for some urgent work and said he ll call me again as he has to leave now. Later I enquired from HR and she said my profile was not suitable. How pathetic this can be. A worthless company with a worthless process. They think we are just sitting idle and have no importance to our time. Do not waste your time in going to this company.

I applied for software developer but not a single question asked .interviewer is not professional he was laughing and use mobile.if you guys don't want to hire then why you conduct interview
