3 step process. You meet three different people along the way. First is a screening of your qualifications. Then you meet someone who runs a department. And finally you would meet one of the partners

Interview
It wasn't too difficult, a few basic math problems. I met with 3 different individuals, head of admin, head of trading group, and one of the C level partners.
