Telephone call first, then onsite interview. Interview was conducted by two project managers. Most of questions were related to previous government security clearance. PM's were very intelligent, informative and professional.

The process started well with a phone interview and then a in person interview with Prime's PM.
It became really unfair when job changed after interview and accepting offer and salary.
No adjustment for higher position I actaully worked.
Traditional interview questions with phone interview and Prime's PM interviews both by one individual about 30-45 minutes each.
