It turned out, that it's not a 'real' manager position - everyone on the team is a manager by title - it's just how the company is calling customer support agent/executive.
+ being fluent in Russian was listed as a requirement, but turned out not to be necessary at all
It seems, that SOAX is struggling with meanings of words.
