      Interview

      It was smooth and very professional. I appreciated how transparent they were about expectations and what success looks like in the role. The process included: - An initial [phone/video] screening with a recruiter, where we discussed my background and the role. - A [technical / case study / scenario] portion that tested my skills. - A follow-up interview with the hiring manager and/or team members, where we talked about my experience, problem-solving approach, and cultural fit.
