Beginnend met een voorbereidend gesprek met hr, enkele dagen later gesprek met hr en teamcoach / technisch profiel, enkele dagen later gesprek met de CEO. Redelijk vlot process, peiling naar technische kennis en soft skills.

Technische vragen, peiling naar hoe je problemen oplost en peilien naar soft skills.
I go through 3 interviews. 1st interview is with hiring manager to identify if I'm fit to the company culture. 2nd is technical interview they ask me about my previous role and what are my experiences as a software engineer and ask me some questions about Java. Next interview is with the Project Manager ask me about how I handle workloads, deployments, etc
