SOLCOMM interview questions

This was an inquiry as to what the company mission and values were and what they do. It could be categorized as a phone interview this far. It was pre-step process to an interview.

Met with a very nicely dressed guy that I later discovered was the CEO of SOLCOMM. Discussed a few things about the company and the products that they sell. He liked me and wanted to move forward with a second interview. I later declined the second interview given that it was purely commission-based and that I wouldn't be paid for the training.
