I attended a meet & greet event, and I had the opportunity to speak with the HR representatives, hiring supervisors, project managers, and actual project employees. Great way to learn a lot about the company, the people and the culture.

Question 1
I was asked about my current skillset and problem solving techniques. I was asked to explain a real-life problem and how I resolved it. If I was unable to resolve a problem, what would I do?
Phone interview followed up by interview with the team members. Interview was mainly about your methodology and subject matter expertise. They may ask you to do a language test if you don't have existing test scores.
