I had one interview with the CEO and another with a Director over the phone. The CEO was trying to be nice, but she was 20 minutes late to the interview and also had some sketchy comments (comparing men vs women, younger generation vs older generation). She also took half the interview time trying to explain why employees were leaving.
However, what really sealed my negative impression was the Director's phone interview. It was a completely negative experience. He called without setting up a time (I can't tell what is worse. Being 20 mins late or a surprise interview), and suddenly asked to do a phone interview. He then proceeded to ask questions that was borderline too personal, and once I answered them he would continuously respond condescendingly with "ha, that's funny", "mmm i'm not convinced by your answer" or "I don't understand your point but okay". Then he offered me a job over the phone, which I subsequently refused few days later. He didn't even bother to acknowledge my message.
Looking at the reviews for this company, it seems like this company doesn't treat its workers well. I'm not surprised by the way they treated me, an interviewee, who they supposedly would benefit from giving a good impression.
