Met with manager and discussed position. Manager asked questions about past employment and experience. Discussed job duties and requirements of position. Next step was background check, then drug screen. Once all screens are passed then job is offered.

I had my resume on craigslist. I was contacted by the manager and came in right away. Simple interview and he was very nice. Asked me basic questions and and explained the position to me.
