4 step interview process:
1. Meet out People team with the goal to identify culture fit. They will tell you about the company, the type of work you will do and also get to know you better.
2. Code test which you will do in your own time and send back to us when you're ready. Our engineers will review this within 2 days and give feedback.
3. Meet the the engineers and deep dive into your technical career. Questions might be asked on the coding test you did, but mainly this step is to go into the technical details of how SPAN work on projects and get a better understanding of your preferences and abilities.
4. You are presented with requirements of a new system, which you have 90 minutes to design and present back to some of our engineers.
