The interview was arranged by mail. The interview itself did not take long. I was asked about my competencies, availability and the reason I wanted to work at the SPAR specifically. The manager called me the next day to tell me I got the job.

Interview
Fairly easy. Questions about how to handle customers and workplace procedures. Questions about myself as well. How would you handle conflict, what are my weaknesses. Hiring staff was very friendly as well. I was calm throughout the interview.
It was short and brief and they were very kind and Polite I did not feel out of place during the interview and I was able to answer well all the questions that were asked and the receptionist was very welcoming
