We have found that the e-video interview is the best way for us to get to know the candidate in a first round style in a timely, efficient manner. This allows the candidate to complete the interview in a time that works best for their own schedule. It also allows us to be mindful of the time commitments we are asking of our employees (managers, team leads, etc.) that are involved in the hiring process. We regret that this made you feel disconnected from us but we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!
