SPD Development Company Scientist interview questions

I was contacted by recruitment at SPD who arranged a telephone interview with the head of the division. The telephone interview was more skills-based and I was asked a lot about previous laboratory experience. I was also asked about the company, its products, and how they worked. I was given the opportunity to ask questions.
