Interview
Over the phone interview. Asking simple obvious questions that you would expect. Definitely not hard. After the recruiter speaks with you, you have to wait for them to talk with their client to give you an official answer on the position. They run a background as well as having to take a urine screening.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SPECTRAFORCE (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was a multi-tiered process. I had to pass the first interview, in order to qualify for the 2nd. It took me about 3 weeks to get completely hired in. They required a drug test as well.

I could barely understand the lady who called me. She wouldn't answer any of my questions she just kept saying "please hold that question for phase 2. I'm just phase 1." I had to ask her to repeat herself to me several times. I googled the company afterwards and just felt unsure, so I chose not to go through phase 2.
