SPIE Operations Manager interview questions

Welcoming introduction into a family friendly but highly professional organisation. The interview was initially around company expectations and staff values once skills were ratified but it then moved into understanding me as an individual. This was an unexpected challenge as the majority of companies only look at what they are getting professionally not the whole package.
