Interview
There were a total of 3 rounds of behavioral with an assessment in between. Very positive and efficient process, and received feedback on my interview performance in the end. Spoke with members of the team at various levels, all were extremely smart, friendly, and wanted to know you for who you are.

Very friendly and informative interview process, met with all members of the team (Senior Analysts, Associates, Directors and Partner). Basic questions about prior experience and why you want to work at SPMB
The last step was a case study exercise that lasted less than an hour.
