SPS Commerce Associate Customer Support interview questions

First there was a phone interview, then there was a zoom interview followed by another zoom job shadow. They asked the usual questions such as "how would you solve a problem you were dealt with at your previous employer" and then they would ask "Would you like a more hands on manager or someone who tells you how to do something and then you do it via instruction?" etc. Very nice managers.
