Recruiter reached out. Then teams discussion. Then hiring manager to panel interview on site. It took a while. Had a lack of communication. Job site was fair. Plant manager seemed nice. Needed some EHS work.

Interview process was fast and easy, just be honest with your answers and everything will be fine. They don’t expect you to know everything so that’s a plus, even if you don’t know there would be someone who has more experience than you that is willing to teach you.
