1st Interview: With an employee who held the position prior. 2nd Interview: With a senior vice president and a director. 3rd Interview: With the C-level executive. Had to wait two weeks to talk to them because they were on vacation.They then asked for 3 references a day later and contacted one the next day. With all three interviews, salary was not mentioned even once. I was rejected due to me being too far from Idaho. The job description said they had a preference, so I get it. I just wish they eliminated me earlier so I could have gave other companies a little more attention. I personally would not apply for any more positions here, but if you are close to Idaho, go for it, I guess.
