The onsite individual interviews with two mid-management individuals were of moderate difficulty and were with seemingly balanced, reasonable, and personable people. However, the on-site individual interview with the uppermost-management person, of whom I could have potentially ended up working alongside and directly for, ended up with me being verbally abused by that interviewer for seemingly no rational reason whatsoever, and then immediately afterwards me being seemingly showered with overstated praise by that very same interviewer. I remained professional throughout that interview, despite that bizarre-though seemingly character-revealing-experience. And I even, after returning home, thanked them for their time, including that uppermost-management interviewer. But, needless to say, I also told them I humbly decline pursuing an opportunity at Specialty Quality Packaging going forward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The significant number of questions from the two mid-management individuals were of moderate difficulty. But, there were hardly any questions at all coming from the uppermost-management individual that I was expected to answer since, it seemed, that person was too preoccupied with boasting about himself during much of the interview, except of course during that bizarre experience period that has already been described.
