Everyone is super friendly and smart! There is a phone screen and then full panel interview with members of the team. If they require additional interviews, they may ask you. Then, they ask your references.
Pretty standard interview process which includes phone calls with HR and hiring manager prior to on-site seminar and interviews. The on-site interview day is pretty long, but a break and lunch was provided which was nice.

Interview
The process was very professional. Interviews were timely and it took one whole afternoon. Questions were related to previous research experience and covered both technical and soft skills. A lot of questions on how to handle difficult work situations.
