In my case, and others as I understand it, there are hires based on instant customer conversion (hiring market share) or a more long term approach with recent college graduates where the company will invest more time with a hire.

Applied online and emailed through local contacts. Interview was scheduled and went well. The interview was left at the point if we will be in touch to schedule a meeting with the DM and discuss salary and territory at that meeting. No communication even after follow up to interview.

Had 2 phone interviews . Then I took a personality, skills and Iqbal test online. Next was having a in person interview at one of the branches. Everyone I spoke with seemed like great people.
