I had a frustrating experience with this company’s interview process. The process itself started off fairly standard — I applied online, was contacted by a recruiter, and completed an initial screening followed by a formal interview. The interview went well, and the interviewer indicated that I would hear back soon regarding next steps.
However, after the interview, communication completely stopped. I sent multiple follow-up emails over the course of several weeks to the recruiter but never received any response or update. There was no closure, feedback, or even a generic rejection email.
This lack of communication left a negative impression. While I understand that companies can be busy or priorities can shift, candidates invest significant time preparing and interviewing, and basic follow-up or transparency would go a long way. I would recommend that the company improve its candidate communication and provide timely updates, even if it’s just to inform candidates that they are no longer being considered.

Question 1
Basic questions about experience, career path, etc
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SS&C (Melbourne) in Nov 2024
Interview
Two interviews, one screening via phone then another two person via teams. Really positive interactions, relevant experience, got all the good vibes. Then silence......for weeks on end.....I chased in the end and it was 'loved you, waiting for approvals'. Nothing again ever heard.
