Interview was scheduled by blue bird consultancy, It was was very tiring and depressing procedure, total 4 rounds were taken. Round 1 - written test based on SQL queries and scenario based questions. Round 2 - Technical Round 3 - Again Technical by Manager from Hyderabad Round 4 - kind of technical again Onsite person to know about ur current project and roles and responsibilities . Here the recruitment is done on first come first basis, if your interview is scheduled late then it's literally your bad fate, since this happened with me, my all the rounds were very smooth, but just because the interview was scheduled late ....they had already shortlisted previous candidates! If you are so tired better do not schedule interview itself so that our time is valued as well!!! Even the onsite interviewer was happy with my answers and gave positive feedback upfront... Still the HR informed the consultancy that not selected!!
