SSA Business Solutions interview questions

I was asked to select a topic from a list of six, to write an essay upon. Then I was asked to draw a technical 3D drawing from the views provided. Then I was taken to the Joint MD and MD for a one-to-one conversation.

Candidate's time is not valued, the MD keeps chit chatting on phone pretending to be busy and at the end of the day says, she will interview me tomorrow. Later on the rounds are delayed as the management is not available and out on projects. salary is pathetic.
