SSDM interview questions

Very odd. A older woman lead the interview and was very aggressive. She had a group of very young people join her then had several other employees come into the room like a revolving door asking me general questions about life. Only one person asked me questions pertaining to the role I was applying to. Everyone seemed to be under a lot of pressure. I was told no one really has a role at their agency and to expect the unexpected. Very odd indeed.

I had a phone screen, then was sent three SEO tests that took me approximately 12 hours to complete. Three weeks later, I moved to a second round of interviews with leadership and was told (if selected) the next step would be an interview with the CEO. After this interview, I was completely ghosted, never heard back about that third interview or a rejection.
