I was given a screening phone call initially followed by an in person interview with a task.
It went well and communication throughout was to the point, with efficient notice and explanation of expectations.

It involved deep behavioral and competency-based questions evaluated through the STAR method, specifically testing structural problem-solving, project scheduling, risk escalation, quality control, and cross-functional team leadership.

Why do you want to work for SSEN Transmission in a Project Management role?
Initial interview then longer one with presentation. Process worked well for bookings etc and staff I met were very friendly and professional. It was a good experience overall with a bit of a delay hearing result.
