Interview
Basic phone interview from corporate office followed by a one on one with the hospital manager. Then the area manager interviewed me at the location and within a day or two, HR called with the offer. The offer was contingent on passing a test based on anatomy and physiology related to the position. Pretty basic stuff and they give you a study guide
