I applied online, received a call for an interview. I showed up to the interview, met the Nurse Manager and was hired on spot. I also had to take a skills review test.

I applied online and then was called for an interview shortly after I had applied. Meet at her office and interviewed with just the manager. She asked me some of the pretty common interview question and then some of St. Anthony’s questions. Not too difficult and she made sure all my questions were answered.
