Filled out online application, did an online video interview, then an in person interview one on one and then a panel interview, shadowing in the ER. The video recording was the hardest part about the process.

Interview
I went in and interviewed with the team leaders of the Emergency Department. It was a very laid back interview. Basic questions like why do you want to work here and where do you see yourself in 5 years.
