Interview
Nurse manager asked me if I would like to become a Charge nurse for my Unit. I asked questions about the policy to hire a new Rn to be a charge. She explained company policies to me.
It took several weeks to be contacted by Human Resources. I made calls to the unit I was interested in working . Had an interview with the manager within a week after that phone call.

I interviewed with the director, team leader, and charge nurses. I had a phone interview and two in-person interviews. I shadowed on the unit during the shift I applied for.

I was recommended for the position and filled out an online application. I completed a phone interview and then several days later I completed a face to face interview with my Team Leader.
