Interview
Interview went really well. It was a phone interview which made it less intimidating, from my perspective. Interview started on time (had to call in), and got introduced to who was on the phone. I felt as if the questions weren't hard to answer, especially if you brushed up on the common interview questions.

Interview
The 'Lead Recruiter' was slow to respond, if at all, and doesn't provide feedback if you are not hired. The organization is a huge believer in peer interviews, so expect at least two interviews.
