Interview
The recruiter setup the first interview, which was with the team lead and took 30 minutes. The second interview was with 8 members of the team one week later. The process was very smooth and stress-free.

How have you dealt with conflict between you and a high influence stakeholder?
I have only done the one way interview screening process. Easy questions, but no live person on the other side. Haven't heard anything back yet. It is the first time I have done anything like this, but at least I wasn't auto rejected in less than 24 hours this time.
