SSM Health CNA - Resource Pool interview questions

Interview process started with a phone interview asking questions pertaining to SSM's values and mission statement. A couple days later I was called and asked to come in for a one on one interview. After the face to face interview, I was offered a position by the end of the week. After accepting the offer I had an indepth health screening followed by a background check and drug screening. The onboarding process was very detailed and well planned.
