Personal Interview Technical verbal --> Practical Test --> CTO interview --> HR They will call you for PE. then you need to wit for half n hour without FAN. then if you asked for water then they said Go upstairs & have it. When you visit for the 1st time how can you know about the Place?? Then your verbal interview is for 30 min then u need to give practical in which 3 hours are given to complete lengthy tasks then again u need to wait to meet CTO. CTO will call you for interview & after 2 min they said will call you soon. then they said you're on hold , just because of your current salary they can't afford. if you're asking for the papers in well advance then you should not waste your and candidate's day.
