They had a written test consist of 2 programs to write and 5 SQL problems to write on paper(even for 6 years exp. !!). After that Hr straight forward said that we'll get back to you by next week.So when I asked why there is no Interview round then she told me you haven't cleared the written test. To HR- If any candidate has not cleared the written test, then what do u mean by "We will get back to you" ?? And atleast you have arranged a round in which candidate can explain the written test answers to technical person because I don't think that my test was not through.May be your tech guys weren't able to comprehend my answers. This is the worst hiring practice which is followed by low profile companies like it that instead of giving the clear answer to candidate (who has come from quite far to attend interview), you keep the person in muddle.
