First was a general phone discussion. And the process goes started with an aptitude test, followed by phone interview with the manager both technical and general, then an in-person interview with the VP and the Director.

Very laid back. Phone interview first and then an in-person interview at the location. The company is very small but there are some great people within the organization. Went to lunch with the CEO.
