pros: phone screens, panel technical with multiple people. pretty straight forward. cons: They never reached out to notify going with another candidate. I had to reach out. Very unprofessional !! They will call your references before an offer is given, which is unnecessary, alludes to an offer being given and can be embarrassing. Other companies give verbal offer, check references, and then formal offer.
