STEELE CIS interview questions

The interview process was conducted via phone, was very friendly and informative. Surprisingly there were no generic interview questions asked, you know, the ones you usually are asked at almost every interview like where do you see you yourself in 5 years and describe yourself an things like that.

A conversation by telephone with the recruiting manager, who is no longer with the company. It was pleasant, and I learned a lot about the company. I pretty much got the job on the spot, although I have heard since then that the company now requires a short quiz/test before you get hired. This short quiz/test requires research and a summary to be completed/written within a couple hours, and is hard to schedule if the company's computer system goes down, or if the scheduler has terrible communication (I witnessed both).
