3 stage interview which began with a telephone call to teams call and then an in person interview and finally a chat with the exec director for final details of the desk.

I don’t think 3 face to face interviews is really that necessary for a pretty much minimum wage job.
Wasted my time and wasted there’s, only to be dismissed for no reason 6 months down the line.
