Applied online and received an email for an interview within a week or so. The interviewer was the supervisor and the manager and the manager asked 5-7 questions, pretty straightforward. Received an offer email and was invited for the orientation.
Asked about previous experience, behavioral questions, preferred role between stocks, sales, or cashier. You have to provide scenario examples on how you exhibit such skills that you mention. The interview was a two-way conversation and the supervisor also gave more information about the role and what to expect.
