Online process which was similar to most other accounting firms and had fairly repetitive questions asked during the interview itself. The self video that most companies adopt was also used here however did not seem as daunting given the multiple attempts they give you.

"First 15-minute interview - Phone Call - very casual Asked what role I wanted within the company, asked about working rights, strengths weaknesses and about the degree, asked what i know about the company and why I want to work there 2 Days later emailed that I have moved onto the next round which is a 30 minute teams interview with early career recruiter. Asked what i know about the company 1. what would your current employer say your strengths weaknesses are? 2. When did you have to work in a team to do a complex task 3. Whats a time you have showed teamwork 4. Why would you be a good fit 5. Why do you want the role that you want? 2 days later passed the interveiw and was offered to do an assesment Similar to Naplan style, 2 rounds of 20 questions for numerical and vocbab, 1 min per Q but sequence based. not too hard. after 1 day, passed the testing and was invited to do a partner + manager interview. Went into the office had a 20 minute catch up with current grad, very chill. 40 minute interview with partners was quite relaxed, more like conversational, just talked about my resume and simple behavioural questions about teamwork, resilience, and leadership. They want to see if you are a good fit culturally and if you are personable. Got an offer the same day by phone call. "
